KrazyMarket is an online markeplace where buyers and sellers (individuals or businesses) can meet, communicate, and transact. We offer buyers a convenient place to search for, compare, and buy goods and services (at competitive prices). We provide sellers an efficient, flexible, and cost effective solution to market and sell their products.
What does KrazyMarket sell?
KrazyMarket does not sell any goods and services. All goods and services listed on KrazyMarket are being sold by individual or business sellers. We help buyers and sellers meet each other to establish relationships and trade.
Who uses KrazyMarket?
Our buyers are mainly individuals (businesses as well) seeking to buy consumer-related goods and services. Our sellers include individuals, retailers, and distributors selling everything from electronics to antiques. We encourage offline sellers to use KrazyMarket as an additional channel to sell their goods and services in a convenient and cost effective manner.

My business already has a website, do I need KrazyMarket?
Even if you have a website, we advise you to open up an account (which allows you to open an online shop as a seller) at KrazyMarket in order to reach out and attract more buyers. You can sell your items and even link everything to your website. Who knows, maybe you would like to use your KrazyMarket online shop as your main website!
How do I register for a new account?
Registering for a new account is easy and free. Just click on “Register,” agree to the Terms of Use, and follow the instructions to input your personal information. Afterwards, you will get your password in your email. Log In, change your password if you wish, and start using KrazyMarket.
Do buyers and sellers need to open accounts?
We recommend buyers to open accounts so that they can communicate with sellers using our messenging system. Sellers need to open up accounts to be able to sell goods and services. Many of our users are both buyers and sellers.
How do I buy on KrazyMarket?
Search for the goods and services you are looking for, compare prices and sellers, and then communicate with sellers directly to deal and transact. KrazyMarket offers a variety of ways you can communicate, deal, and transact with sellers. If buyers cannot find what they are looking for, they can post a Wanted Ad.
How do I sell my goods and services on KrazyMarket?
To market and sell your goods and services, please register for an account. After accessing your account, you can upload and sell your items.
What should buyers and sellers do to transact safely on KrazyMarket?

What are the payment methods between buyers and sellers?
Payments can be made using several methods:
- Payment to KrazyMarket (escrow service - recommended). Buyers will make payments to KrazyMarket (escrow service) using the available methods. KrazyMarket will collect and hold payments until the buyer has confirmed receipt of the item(s). Once confirmation is received from the buyer, payments will be sent to the seller. If the escrow service is used, a transaction fee will be deducted from the selling price before being sent to the seller.
- Direct payment to seller. Buyers can make payments directly to sellers. With this method, KrazyMarket does not help to handle transactions and payments are not protected.
Is the Standard account free?
Yes, the Standard account is free. However, you do not have access to as many features as the Premium account.
What is the difference between a Standard and Premium account?
Becoming a Premium seller will give you features and services to increase your inquiries, sales, and profits. Premium accounts help you to increase buyers’ trust. It has been shown that buyers prefer to deal and transact with Premium sellers! Upgrade now and stay ahead of your competition!
Premium accounts include:
• No limit for the number of items you can post. The more items the greater your exposure to potential buyers!
• We authenticate and verify that you are a legitimate seller to help you gain trust from buyers.

Click Rates help you measure how many users have clicked and looked at your item(s) and seller shops.

We have a Customer Service team that can help you with any part of the buying or selling process. Some of our other services include a messenging system for buyers and sellers to communicate with each other, as well as mobile features so that you can use KrazyMarket no matter where you are. We are constantly seeking to develop new services to help our community connect and transact.
