Tips for buying and selling safely on KrazyMarket.

Tips for buyers:

• Always be aware that there may be fraudulent sellers.
• Try to buy from Premium sellers. Premium sellers have been verified by KrazyMarket.
• After communicating and dealing with sellers, use escrow services to transact safely.
  • Within Indonesia, you can use the KrazyMarket Escrow Service. We help to complete transactions between buyers and sellers. Buyers send payments to KrazyMarket. We hold the payment and help to arrange the transaction. When the buyer has received the goods, we release the payment to the seller.
  • For transactions taking with a seller outside of Indonesia, we advise you to use PayPal or some other escrow payment service.
• Never send cash directly to the seller with receiving the goods first or using an escrow service!
• Please submit seller reviews (whether positive or negative) so you can also help others in our community.
• If you decide to meet and transact offline:
  • Choose a safe place to meet.
  • Bring a friend (if you can).
  • Inspect the goods first.
  • Pay cash on delivery or go together to an ATM/bank to transfer the money.
